Ok, so they say that pain does weird things to your brain...........I can see that now! Such a conversation I have with myself inside my head! Rather tired of the back pain, tired of walking like I am 100 yrs old, tired of not being able to sleep, or work out, or even roll over in bed a night! Tired of complaining about it and tired of having ppl ask me about it! Even as well meaning as their concern is, I still feel like a big sucky, whiner even talking about it. Life goes on, have to move, walk, work, and continue with day to day activities..............
So here I sit, late at night, surfing the net, done reading my 15th thouseand book this week! Trying to find mindless crap to look at, turn my brain down a bit, from analyzing my every move, and my every conversation, and everyone else's around me! Second guessing my day to day moves has become second nature to me............always inside my head...should become a psychoanylist! i do enuff of my own head shrinking!
That being said, life is flowing at a rather slow and steady pace these days. Work, kids, ranch, music, animals. Although I should be picking up more shifts...I get offered quite a few, but it seems like the kids have stuff going on, and I am damn soire, and really don't want to have the hassle of being even more tired and sore when I get home! Guess I shouldn't complain about my checks being so small then! Lol! Not taking any classes this fall, too broke! I do need to pick up some more points toward my license, but that should be accomplished by the end of November, definately before I have to renew my license! I decided this spring that I wanted things to be quiet, and uncomplicated for awhile. So far, I think its been working....I like being able to come home after work and have things clean, neat, tidy, and uncomplicated. No clubs meetings of my own to have to go to, just run a kid or two to music and volleyball. Less stress, less taxing on the brain!
I am sure that most parents feel the same way. We want to keep our kids active, and busy, healthy and their brains occupied, but sometimes it is nice to limit their acitvities to just a few. School is the priority, and helping them with that can be an all evening project. So keeping my schedule free, also helps me to keep my life a little less stressful!
Getting somewhat tired, sick of sitting in the chair, so it's off to bed I go to see if I can get some sleep!
Lator Gators!
